Has anyone ever looked up on their state website is there is a judgement against them? I don't have any judgements listed on my credit report, but we just got denied for credit because the lender said I have a judgement on my CR. I'm out of the country right now and going down to the courthouse to check is not an option. Any ideas?
Are you saying that some states have websites that list judgements, or that only some states have a website. I'm pretty sure every state has a website. Does anyone have any experience looking up judgements on-line?
Maybe someone else on here has a subscription to PACER - it's fee based court records. It looks like my fave site has removed all links to court records.
rblues, I wasn't going to post this, but I have a subscription to PACER - I just have to find my password. http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/ If you want me to look it up, you would have to give me some personal info. I think it costs about ten cents a page. My email is on if you decide you want me to.
