I have 2 paid judgements that I would like to try to get vacated. Does anyone know of any way to do this without having to appear in court? These judgements were both in VA, but I live in FL now.

    Please help!

    Thanks....

Do you have any grounds for having them vacated? If not, the only way I know of is to get the person who sued you to sign a joint petition to vacate.

I was never notified of either one. With a joint motion to vacate would I have to appear in court?

OK the first thing to do is get copies of the files from the court and see what's in them. Where did they claim they served you? Get it all. Small fee for this.
