I have three judgements on my credit report. Two of them are from 1997. They are from a hospital. My questions are - these should fall of Jan 04. What are the chances of the hospital renewing these? Should I wait for them to fall off and hope they aren't renewed or should I try to settle them? I also have a bankruptcy - 8 years old with conflicting information from all 3 bureaus. Can I request verification through actual federal archives and not another creditor? Thank you for all your help! I'll get there someday!
Just dispute the judgments and the BK with the CRA's as "not mine." There's a good chance they will be deleted.
