If you have a hospital bill that is past 4 years old, can the *collection agency* still get a judgement for this bill? I live in the great state of Texas...! I know here the time frame is 4 years, but this is a Hospital Bill. Any help would be appreciated. Monanell

Thanks! They haven't filed judgement as of yet, no notification.....It will be 4 years tomorrow.....I think if they were going to file a judgement, I would have been notified! We have all *credit reports, showing nothing @ all. We also show it was charged off in December of 1999. Thanks again! Monanell
