I received my CR today and on it there is a
Judgment I paid for a hospital bill in 1996,
for $1400, it was an accumulation of 8
separate bills, these 8 separate bills are on there also, Should they be removed in
place of the judgment, or are they all supposed to be on there also. Would this
constitute 2 listings for the same bills.
I had alot of medical bills in 2 years
and I'm trying to clean up my report. I
could have declared BK but didn't. Any help
    would be appreciated.
    THANKS!!

No, Normally a debt and a judgment can be listed. Judgments are public records and have different rules then debts. It can be reported twice because one is listed as the actual debt that was charged off and the judgment is additional action that took place for that debt. I would challenge both anyway for good measure.
