   Does anyone know if a court case file for a judgment is supposed to contain the paperwork (validation?) of what they filed for? Doesn't the filer have to show the court something to justify filing to collect money owed?

   The Court Case file will orinarly only contain the Summons and Complaint, any supplementary pleadings and the Judge's decision. Evidence is not ordinarily kept in the Court file.
