OK folks, this may get confusing...

In 2001, I found out from my former employer that someone came to my former job to serve me with papers... after calling the local authorities, I found that I was being sued and was supposed to show up in court three days later. It was for a bill that I had paid. I managed to keep my receipts and found them after tearing my house apart that weekend. I took my receipts to court, showed the judge and the attorney, and thought the matter was over. A judgment was placed on my reports anyway though. I disputed two of them and they came off right away. For some reason, I can't even remember what it was, I didn't dispute it on Equifax. So now I'm ready to get that report cleaned up and that's the last thing... I got a copy of the case from the public records site and it says that it was vacated.

Please, someone tell me what this means. Does this mean that I can use this as proof for removal? Oh please, tell me that's what it means!

The court documents that the case was vacated are more than sufficient evidence to remove. Send copies with your dispute (make sure to send CMRRR). This should be an easy one!
