Yesterday, I get a EQ report in the mail. I have not disputed anything (ie had no pending disputes). A PREVIOUSLY DELETED JUDGMENT WAS REINSERTED. A CHARGE OFF MYSTERIOUSLY VANISHED. WTH? Is someone playing with my files or what?
same thing happened to me before, what is the date reported on the judgement? On my reinsertion it was an old date and not current, I think equi just reinserted, not the courts, so i waited 2 weeks and redisputed thru "Online" and it came off...It's been 3 months now, so hopefully it won't re-apper.... i know your steaming.......
When I sent my "Intent to Sue" letter to EQ last week to get the final, incorrect derog off my report, that should have cleaned my report. When I didn't get my report this week, I pulled another online report and lo and behold, not more than 3 days after the other removal, 2 previously disputed, removed tradelines reappeared. I sent a 2nd "intent to sue" letter with copies of the UDF and payment statements for the 2 reinsertions and told them that I found it to be less than a coincidence that they were reinserted and that a reasonable judge would find the same. They deleted with agreement to permanently cloak the tradelines.
