I spoke with several courts today about how to request information regarding some judgments that show up on our CR and we don't know anything about. They of course directed me to the OC, but I am also getting a copy from them. However that's not why I'm posting this. More as an FY (at least I didn't know this) the people that I've spoken with today said that they the court do NOT submit the information to the CRAs. That there are "researchers" who come in and read the public computers and then send it to the CRAs. No one was able to tell me however who the "researchers" are.
