    Hello all,

When I first began this credit repair cleanup in Jan 03, I was unaware that I needed to clean up my addresses. I have a judgment which I am paying for on my experian, which I disputed 2 times. Well as of this month, the address associated with this judgment is not on any of my reports.

I put the horse before the cart. Now my question is this, should I dispute the judgement again via cmrr once again or wait until CHOD or summer time?

Or do you think that it will come back verified again from experian. I was also thinking of requesting a procedure on this account too.

I would recommend that you see what you can do with the judgment itself. Many judgments are null and void upon their face for various reasons.

I would recommend that you go to the courthouse and get certified copies of all paperwork in the file and then go get photocopies of those and send them to me. I will look them over for free and tell you whether or not I thnk there might be reason to file for void judgment.

Again, I'll do it for free.
