He e-mailed me back in about 2 hours and we have since e-mailed several times. He had me give him some basic info...income, debts, money saved. and he then e-mailed me back with what we qualify for right now. It's not alot BUT, it's about 30,000 more than I thought we qualified for at the present time.
He asked me a few more questions that I e-mailed answer back late last night so I expect an answer back this morning. I kinda knew what i had to do and he confirmed it for me. I either have to get more money or less debt...so I will work on that pronto.
I am really glad that I e-mailed though. It at least lets me know that we could qualify to get into something small right now if we had to. I was hoping for next summer, but it looks like maybe this xmas or early next year we could go ahead and buy.
Now if only I had a rich relative...humm. Let me know if he helped you at all.
Hi Judy, he called last night and we talked for quite some time. We qualify for our price range even a little higher, but I want to be comfortable and I am sticking to my price range. I am going to go ahead and apply probably by first of May, have to dig up paperwork. Then the loan approval is good for 120 days. I will keep you posted.
