How is Juniper with credit line increases? I have had the card for six months and carried a balance during the six month intro period. I then paid it off before the intro expired. Do they look at this as good or bad?

    Thanks in advance. :)

    Hello Dani,

Juniper gave me a large increase within 9 mons of opening the account it started off at $7500 and went to $11,000 with the increase... however recently they hike up the apr on my account to 16.99% but besides that they are a good bank overall... but be sure to use the account and make payments on it for a while and then maybe you will see the increase automatically... if you qualify they will email you and let you know that you have been increase on your credit line.... hope this helps... good luck to you...

    Thx,

    Kev

    Dani,

I have Juniper Visa for three months and they haven't done any increase on my credit limit. I noticed that they pulled soft inquiry on my TransUnion report this month for account review.

Thanks kevin and ron for your responses. Should I wait another 3 to 6 months before inquiring about an increase? I really don't need increase I just like having high lines. :)

    Hello Dani,

You're welcome... you can give them a call and see what they say it does not hurt to try but I would give it at least 4 months because according to a customer service rep I talk to they review the account automatically ever 4 mons or so... so good luck to you let me know what happens....

    Thx,

    Kev

    Dani,

Don't request limit increase yet. They may pull hard inquiry on your credit report and they told you we cannot grant your credit limit increase like BofA MC increase. You don't want too many inquiry on your credit report.

I got my card in January, no news of increases here, but then again I have a balance due to being unemployed for a few weeks.
