Juniper denial despite 730 FIC

Juniper Bank denied me their card despite my
730 FICO. Reason? Insufficient credit history.

I called to try to get it reversed, but no go. The
rep said I needed at least one Equifax account
with 36 months' history. My oldest account
reported on Equifax was 29 months.

Had they pulled a bureau other than Equifax, I
    would have made it.

Guess I wasted an inquiry. They didn't seem to care that
Citibank, Discover and other reputable companies let me
    carry their cards.

FYI, I pulled my Equifax score just tonight. It was 730, or
within two points of the estimate QSpace gave me.

DON'T FEEL BAD...I was denied too.

    OLDEST CREDIT LINE 1978
    NO LATES
    NO COLLECTIONS
    NO BK
    NO OVER LIMIT
    INCOME >$70,000

    REASON: EXCESSIVE CREDIT LINES

I wish I new what my F.I.C.O. was, maybe tomorrow if they fix my problem...

Thanks, George. I don't feel all that bad about it.
I only wanted the card to take advantage of the
0 percent APR on convenience checks for several months.
I was going to use it to pay a small tax bill with
an interest-free loan. Guess I'll have to take it
    out of savings.

It could be the "REAL" reason we were denied because they don't really want you to transfer at 0.00% even though that is what they offered!!!

    George,

Are you getting the "cannot process, please try later" message. I am. Is anybody else experiencing this?

Yep, exactly what I got. I have tried five times so far. Maybe with so much interest in FICO scores Equifax can't keep up or is it our computers?

Did any members of Equifax get this error? I have a username and password because I've purchased reports online before. I had no problem logging in and ordering my report. Maybe due to the amount of new members registering, the system is overloading??? Just a thought.
