I've been reading all the post about Juniper since I received a pre-approval offer in the mail. Most of the post are kind of old. Are they still the same ol same ol? Or have they gotten better? It was a fixed 9.9 but I don't like reading about them closing the account when you actually charge on it or charge on your other cards. Anyone?
