If you go to their website, they have an article about the seperate collection agency issue...something about purchasing debt so someone can rehabilitate it, etc.. but they are super clear about being seperate..yup..I just checked it out...if you go to junum's site, then to "Questions" and choose the last question about debt exchange..you'll find the info!
