I sent mine on April 14th and they didn't receive them until April 25th. Easter Sunday was in that time frame. I sent mine regular mail from NY to CA.
Hope this helps!
Back in September of 2000 I had to wait 2 months! BUT-I found out later they were moving their office at the time and changing the website. So. . .it should be quicker now.
I overnighted them via FedEX to Junum and they were reported as received and disputes sent out the very next day. So assume that they should be marked as received on your MyJunum account within a day or two of USPS mail receipt. Being in DC and Junum in California I did not want to wait for the X-country USPS mail.
Junum pre-January,2001 and post-January,2001 seem to be completely different animals, in customer satisfaction, support, timeliness, and success...that along with the move, is most probably the reason for the delay Concerned experienced.
One big thing to note about Junum is what reports you use--you can get a LOT less info on the trimerged report---my husband's account kept saying that no disputes were sent out when they were--and I couldn't get an answer on what had been disputed. I had to call and get evil---but they had been sent out and that's when I found out about the tri merge. So, if you want a lot of info on your disputes (like exactly what is being disputed from day one) use the individual agency reports.(it has some thing to do with their scanning software)
Interesting AM, Good advice! -Dave
I sent my first set of CRs to Junum via regular mail and it took 7 days for them to post. I sent the second set via 2 day mail (3.50) and it was there there basically the next day...
Hope this helps..
