Junum Strikes Again!!!

    Today I received my Equifax credit report and once again our friends at Junum disputed a positive trade line. This time it was my Orchard Bank Master Card.

    However, on a positive note I did receive a response from Marta Olson. In her response she apologized for the mix-up called me sir about five times and advised me that if I decided to stay on the program she would waive my memberhisp fee for 4 months. Not a bad deal.

    I know what Nana is going to say, what about the rest of you...any suggestions?

    Hmm, I would guess that Nana would say the truth -- that they demonstrated terrific integrity by acknowledging their mistake and by treating you with the best customer service they could muster.

    All of this aside, has anyone experienced the same problem with Lexington? So far, my experience has been good with them!
