Ok, I know there is tons of info about Junum on these boards, but I just want a quick opinion. For those of you who have used them, are you happy with their service and did you see results?
I used them. They got quite a few deletions but they also got me 4 positive accounts deleted. The worst part of that was they denied disputing those. I've seen a few recent posts outining a fee increase that looks to be substantial. My opinion is do it yourself. It takes time and that is why initially I went with Junum. But as I started doing it myself I discovered it didn't take nearly as much time as I expected. And, I also got great results.
I've been doing my own credit repair for more than a year. I've gotten rid of a lot but these are the stubborn left-overs. I am planning a wedding right now and unfortunately I don't have time (or energy) to put into this credit repair any more. I just want someone to do it for me, or at least give it a shot. I am aware of Junum's charges - and I plan to go with the package deal rather than a la carte. I have no problem with the fees. I am hoping that Junum's approach will get me some luck, even if it's just one deletion. I will see what they can do for now - I know I can get the Ford entry off there, it will just take me several phone calls and a few letters but I will let Junum give it a try first.
I used them from March of 2001 to November of 2001. They got a few deletions off for me including my Chapter 13 BK off of Equifax and experian. On a negative note, I did have two rather bad experiences with them 1. They disputed my BK with TU and now it is updated to a Chapter 7 (which I never filed). 2. I went months without hearing anything from any reporting agencies which was towards the end. I really fel like I was paying and not getting any work done. Misty Eyed
