When looking at my checking account on-line this morning, JUNUM has withdrawn (without my authorization) 345.00! I had an account with them that was closed a few months back. I tried calling them but they are not open today. Has anyone else had this horrible experience with them? I'm really pissed because it's caused me to be overdrawn! Please share any of your experiences with me.
ouch, thats why I personally don't give anyone my checking account. They overcharged me to a couple of times, but luckily I had my american express on file with them. I just disputed it with amex and also gave junum a call to cancel the account. I ended up getting all my money back. You should definately give junum a call, sorry that I am of no help.
If Junum is no help, I would go down to your bank and complete an "Affadavit of unauthorized ach activity". SOmeone in the electronic banking area should research it for you.
They have done that to me so many times that I prob lost 500.00 in overdrafts and charges. I talked to my bank and to junum, junum promised to give me two months free, but they charged for them as well. Cancel them they suck..
