I just joined Junum and have a question. I have a copy of my merged report from applying for a mortgage. It is just a copy that was faxed to me. Will Junum accept this or will I need to get originals from the CRAs.? I asked this question to Junum support on their website but have not received an answer. Anyone know what their response time is when you email questions? I want to get moving on this ASAP so I thought someone on this board would be able to give me an answer quicker. Thanks.
It is my understanding that Junum accepts only original credit reports. If I were you I would order reports now. I also think that Junum can order reports for you for an additional cost. Hope this helps. Cricket
I usually get an answer within 24 hours provided it's a M-F. I had the same understanding as Cricket!
