Hello everyone, I just joined Jumum today, I deceided to join from all the positive posts on this board. My question is what happens next? I ordered my credit reports online, so what do I do know. Do my reports come to me and then I send them to Junum or will they go there? If anyone know please let me know. Thanks
The reports will be sent to you and you send them to Junum. Once received they will send disputes out for the first round. You will receive the response to the dispute from the CRA, which you in turn, will have to send to Junum.
YOU get your reports and YOU send them in--they won't go to the CRAs-they don't know that you're using Junum and don't tell them--they don't like it at all. When I got the reports I faxed them in. They then take your worst items and start disputing. When you get your updated reports you send them in too. You can go to their website and look at your account or chat live with someone there also. They have lots of info on how it works there. AnnMarie

I'm still in my first round for my husband--but it looks like their actions resulted in Penney's removing all lates from all CRAs--this is a good thing! There's lots of people here that have much more experience than I-----do a search or maybe some will share again. AnnMarie
Hi! Good luck! Junum did work and is working for me..fixing things I could never fix despite numerous attempts. I strongly recommend you read everything at their website and ask questions. And, you got good advice about doing searches here to read even more.
