    keep disputing it, they'll get tired of having to validate the dispute. Took me 8 times with a paid "check" collection on my efx.

    Unfortunately none since you have paid. Dispute with the CRA's now and hopefully MedClr will not verify or you will get lucky and it will be deleted. Try several times.

    hmmm. that's a violation of the fair credit billing act but I'm not sure on the details of how to push the issue.

    Fair credit billing act....they must send a statement to your current address if your balance is >|$1.00|.

    That's more than $1.00 or less than -$1.00 for those who've blocked all traumatic memories of algebra class.

    Right?
