I had one accout with FCNB that was a chargeoff. The Northland Group bought the account and I settled with them. So the account should have had a zero balance and not $810. I was disputing the amount. Instead of them changing the account to a zero balance, they just deleted it. I had a furniture account with Helig Myers that I was disputing as not late, to change to a positive tradeline. Instead they just deleted. Hopes this increases my scores. I got this information on worthknowing. I hope it's accurate. If only, they had a REAL score. Yeh.... Me......
Congrats!!! I sure hope EQ deletes my Heilig Meyers dispute this time around. I finally got the right address (although certainly not from EQ) and wrote to their headquarters as well. I can't recall ever even walking in one of their stores and couldn't tell you where one is located...lol. L
