    I took notes:

    There score is only based on 6 variables and the feedback they have received from customers is that the "simulator" score is the closest match to a mortgage lender. "It's not intended to be that way", is what she said.

    There system is CURRENTLY malfunctioning and the score WILL immediately drop if a negative item is reported, but if that item gets deleted it will take the score 30 days to update.

    The system has been giving out "single points" here and there due to the system malfunctioning. (That explains the one point gain after Collectech deleted).

    Well what they told you isn't quite true. When the gulf state reappeared, I didn't lose a single point. When it was deleted again, I didn't gain a point. In addition, I just had an inquiry deleted and it went up 3 pts. immediately.
