    I just talked to my sister, and she is being harassed by a CA. She has just moved, and they are threatening to garnish her wages and attach her checking account. I told her they cannot do that without suing her first and winning. That is correct, right?

    Is it non-governmental? I'm not 1000% sure that all states require a judgment before garnishment, but I think that is right.

    yes, jlynn, just a good old CC acct, I think. I told her to get a copy of her CR's to check it.
