"collection agency attorney" how bad is this. what can i do about this. providian lists my origional accnt on my report. than under it is this. and how come it says surpressed. does that mean noone can c it but me?

Keep your eye on Colorado Cap. They sued DH for a repo long after they could collect the deficiency balance. Then I found this board, and cardreport, and why chat helped me put an end to it. They are bottom feeders of the worst kind!
Don't be initimidated by the word "attorney". Under FDCPA they are debt collectors, they have to follow the law just like any other scumbag CA.
