I just started this long journey. I was wondering if these results are for real. Any feed back would be appreciated.

In July my FICO scores were as follows:
    EX-504
    EQ-501
    TU-500

During the first week in August I sent my disputes to each CRA for several CAs and other bad stuff.

Today 9-6-02 I pulled each score and they read as follows:
    EX-543
    EQ-558
    TU-577

Is this a typical score increase in the first month or am I getting a little too excited?

EX did not delete anything yet. EQ deleted 6 bads. TU deleted 2 bads. Will these stay off?

I have 1 paid judgement on EX and EQ and 2 paid judgements on TU. How hard will it be to get these off?

I recieved letters from 2 CAs (paid) that state they are going to delete their items from CR and I spoke to another CA that I have 2 paid accounts with, and they said that they were sending a letter to remove these items from my CR. Should I send these letters to the CRAs?

I have sent validation letters to all paid and some unpaid CAs. When I get thru with this process, do I send copies of all letters sent to the CAs and confirmation of faxes to the CRAs and then ask for deletion?

    Thanks for any input.

The initial dispute usually has the largest score impact. This is the month that you will have the largest success with OC/CA failure to respond, so they get deleted. It also depends on what you get deleted. Look at my EQ change in one month! I went from trashville to "good" credit in one month. I was able to get a good rate on a car loan and a couple of UNSECURED credit cards with 2 BKs on my bureau!

TU sucks for me. They ended up deleting EVERYTHING but the 2 BKs and 4 collection accts. Now that the new credit is reporting, my score is going up, but on TU my credit history is only 6 months old!!! LOL (I am 40 and got my first cc in 1984)

Om Monday I file my lawsuit against Experian. We'll see where it goes from there.

Once you have a CA verify, that is when it gets tough. Then you have to start all those letters CRRR and wait and wait. Then file a lawsuit, yadda yadda.

I plan on redisputing the coll accts during CHOD. I figure that if we all CHOD just about Thanksgiving, by the end of the 30 days, we will be at Christmas and all that vacation stuff will probably generate some non-responses and finally get the last of the goons off my bureau.

Welcome to the board and continued success to ya!
