I have read many, many things on this site and the information here is great!!! I am posting my derogatory information as I am struggling to read it and wondering what I should work on first. The biggest problem is that I have settled 2 of these cards but I am not sure which two - how can you tell? It looks like the Chase is on here twice??? Any ideas for first step for a newbie? Thanks, again.

OK - One of my questions was obvious - the Chase account was sold/transferred, etc to Assett Acceptance so that must be the unpaid account, right?

Would this be the first place to start?

Sorry for the simple question but I am really nervous about doing anything until I get a definitive answer to this problem. Thanks to everyone in advance.

    My CR is posted.

I have not yet got a response regarding a proposed next move. Should I have not posted my CR? I am new and reading a lot but have much to learn and would appreciate help anywhere I can get it. Thanks.

    My CR is posted.

I made one move - I made an online dispute to TU claiming the National Accounts account wasn't mine - after all, it isn't.

Looks like Chase was sold or transferred to Asset. Like LB said - validate with Asset

I will make one suggestion. I would get your three reports from the individual CRA's the first time. Much easier to read and disseminate the information!
