6 months ago I found this site after pulling my and my husbands reports. I was pretty upset at all of the incorrect information. I read a lot here and took all of the advice. I've gotten rid of countless negatives. I have raised all of our credit scores in some cases over 100 points. I asked for validation from a CA. They made a lousy attempt but had no signiture or contract because there never was one. I haven't received a bill from them since February and the item was never listed on my husband's credit report. I'm assuming this is a win on my part. I am waiting to hear if my husband is approved for an FHA mortgage. The broker thinks he has a good chance. She said that his credit reports are fine. I just worry about job history. He was laid off last year and took advantage of the unemployment compensation to finish up school. He also has paid off several credit cards that are not showing up paid on his credit report yet. I have a personal relationship with Mr. Cooke. I have gotten this far because of Creditnet. Six months ago I would have never dreamed of applying for a mortgage. You guys are so nice and so helpful. Thank you for all of your input. Kim(Creditnet addict for life)
