Just when I was thinking that I was going to get somewhere with Cap One....Nope...that dink I received on EX was from some CA. Since Cap One screwed up and reaffirmed the same account twice, is there any chance that they will give me my card back? I have sent 3 PFBs and 1 voice mail to Mr. Cooke.
