Is the K MART Platinum card worth applying for? I filed for Chapter 7 over a year ago and they have been sending me pre-selected offers every month for the last six months. Does anyone out there have this card? Is it worth having?
I have Kmart Mastercard not Platinum Card 2 yrs ago and they approved me for $3500 with 11.99% fixed. By the way I have no bk or bad credit. After two months of account opened, they increased credit line to $5500. They pulled credit from all 3 credit bureaus. Ron.
You have to CONSIDER if 3 inquires for one account is worth it... And even with good credit you MIGHT get a $500 credit limit for your 3 inquires...
THE MINIMUM CREDIT LIMIT FOR CAPITAL ONE, SINCE YOU GET 3 INQUIRES FOR THE PRICE OF ONE, SHOULD BE $5,000!!! Just my opinion...
