    They pulled TU for DH and now , it seems, pull
    TU with every single purchase you make on the card :(

    They should be on the list of being not BK friendly, I got turned douwn for that reason.

    Some have received the card with BK, though. :(

    Ok...this cannot be ok..I just got back the same stupid answer..every purchase will be a hard inquiry....I'm certainly not willing to accept that and aside from the obvious fact that my DH will never charge there again...am deciding now which steps to take on this...

    I wonder if their legal department knows they are doing this. THis has class action written all over it.
