    I posted on receiving a letter from Unifund on dh's charged off EMCC acct. They wanted his sig 3 times notarized and sent continued coll. letter. WE disputed, and it is off TU, investigation is not up yet on EQ, and not reporting on EX. Should I send them the next letter, or drop it?

    Keep sending those letters till you get a letter back from them

    Never Drop It till you get confirmation!!!!!

    Unifund is the same as Asta,Palisades
