    Does anyone have access to the full text of this case.

    I think it might be interesting reading for all.

    Anyone have access to Lexis or other source for this citation??

    I think this would be a "slam dunk" reference for anyone fighting a charge-off, paid or otherwise.

    I have searched all over for the text of this case -- I can find references to it, but not the actual case itself. Three cheers for whoever can find it and tell us where.

    Quasar,

    The DC District Court decisions and opinions are online only from 1995 on :-( .

    This one is 1984.

    There's a link to the court and search at findlaw.com.
