Any idea why Junum has so much trouble keeping their phone number working?

RE: Kristi, why is 877-72-JUNU
My understanding is that they were/are changing wireless and cable providers due to poor and unreliable service. In the interum of switching to a new one, the old one would then be in and out of service until the new service provider was up and implemented. I was making some changes to their web site last week (digital content) and the IT dept said they were not going to list their new number until the service was 100% in place. Good move I think or there would be more confusion. I hope this explains somewhat....
Happy new year guys!
