Sure, Doc. But I only order extra-spicy food, so be sure to bring your medication, just in case.

    Doc,

It goes without saying, that if I'm the one paying for the meal, then you'd have to be the one standing on the table singing "Viva, Las Vegas!"

I hope this clears any misunderstanding.

Mindcrime lives near or in Las Vegas. In the chat room he mentioned a hotel that was affordable and very nice. What was the name again mindcrime? Can everyone stay there? If not, I will and meet you all where ever you all are.

i am the middle of the country, so naturally I'm going to vote for a central location, but west or east I think it would be a break from the usual...besides hearing some of these tales in person may be even better motivation for working on my credit. I think Vegas is do-able if thats what is decided.

I'm in. This is kind of sad to admit, but I have never been off the East Coast, well with the exception of my honeymoon two years ago. The furtherest west I have been is Pittsburgh, PA . Quite pitiful, huh?

Wish I could meet all of you, but like I posted in the other thread I am just a mom with lots of kids!! I can't afford a trip to Vegas. Chicago would be doable for me.

Have fun, big spenders!!! Hope you all hit the jackpot!

I also cannot do Vegas on 3/2. I'd love to meet everybody, maybe next time. If anything gets kicking for a different date/locale, I'd be up for it :)

Hey, Pat, east coasters, and midwesterners-How about Ohio? :)

Obviously no one place and no one time would fit everybody's schedule.

If we keep running votes, we'd be debating this till 2005, and then it would only be a matter of time until PsychDoc suggests we do it in Guadalajara :)

I was waiting to see how everything panned out. If most were going to make Vegas, I thought I'd keep quiet. If not, I thought we could resurrect something round here :)

    Terri-
I am DEFINATELY up for Ohio! Maybe a little later in the year, so we can all go to Kings Island (whatever the name of it is) and go to Cedar point!

I live in Texas and will NOT fly again, so I guess I won't be able to make it. Someone take a digital camera and post pics on a website so we can see who everyone is :) I'll even put some pics up for y'all to see me.

I plan to visit my daughter in Vegas soon, but March 2 is too early for me....April or May would be better.

Now, Ohio is doable. I have wanted to vist Ohio for sometime. I could hit the Rock & Roll of Fame, the Football of Fame, and Cedar Point. Plus, it's drivable. :)

Saar is right. Not everyone is going to be able to attend. Maybe we could possibly hold two conferences. So if an individual can't make one - maybe they could make the other.

Ohio works for me, I live on the east side of Cleveland :)

Cedar Point, which is in Sandusky, is about an hour and a half west of Cleveland.

The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame is on Lake Erie, downtown (Next to the Browns stadium and the Omni-Max theatre).

The Pro Football Hall of Fame is in Canton, about an hour south of Cleveland.

You also have the East and West bank of the Flats, a fun area for eating and clubbing.

A short Ferry ride from Sandusky, will get you to a couple of islands, South Bass (Put-In-Bay) and Kelleys. There are a few decent Wineries around and on the islands.
