What is considered last card activity, I have a card that payments stopped in 2003, card was discharged and yet it stays active.

Your "last card activity" should be the last time you made a payment. The CA may continue to report the card as active, even if it was discharged, in hopes that they'll still be able to magically collect on the debt.

Or it could be last updated, which means if they send the information that month it updates the date.

If you're looking at a 3-in-1 report, the fields aren't always the same as what you get on the individual report because they try to take three disparate reports and put them in the same format. That's why you should get individual reports from each bureau to find things to dispute.
