    hi everyone,

i would appreciate any information on this

i recently disputed with all three cra about a 90 late payment i had w/ bofa in 1999.

tu and eq deleted it, but experian it still remains.

my question is: can i send in the report from the other agency and this would serve as something so they could delete this deliquency on my report w/ experian?

could someone please answer this question for me?

    thanks beforehand

    This has worked for me:

    From Sec 623 FCRA:

    D) if the investigation finds that the information is incomplete or inaccurate, report those results to all other consumer reporting agencies to which the person furnished the information and that compile and maintain files on consumers on a nationwide basis.

I have written letters to a couple of OC's when it gets changed on 2 out of 3, demanding they correct #3.

    I agree with jlynn --

you might be able to use those two deletions as leverage to get the ORIGINAL CREDITOR to remove it from the third.

But unfortunately, one bureau couldn't care less what another bureau is reporting ... you're just wasting time (and about $5 for the CRRR) to send one bureau the results of another.

This is a typical problem I think we all have run into one time or another.

    peace,
    delilah
