One acct shows 4 late pays of 30 days. It shows 3 dates &
"1 unknown date ". Huh? How can they put unknown date ? If the date is unknown , how do they know it was late ? And when is something like that suppose to roll off ??

DISPUTE IT WITH THE CRA..."I WAS NOT LATE ON UNKNOWN DATE"

It should be GONE WITH THE WIND...

I've successfully disputed some of these before. Be very specific in your dispute. I even gave them the dictionary definition of "Date" - date1 Pronunciation Key (dt) - Time stated in terms of the day, month, and year.

I asked them to prove the late based on the definition. No problems with removal of this one.

If the date late is unknown so is the date for the end of 7 years unknown so it will report forever.!
