Late Pay on Acct History

Any negative information will stay on there for 7 years, impact on credit score declines though over the years.

 

How long have you had the account? How late was it? Do you do any other business with BoA?

I had a late pay removed once, but I was doing a lot of business with them at the time, had a 20-year history of good pay, and they did it as a courtesy.

 

Agree w/Hedwig, they did the same for me, but there was some onus on them also.
