   I disputed several late payment notations off from an installment loan from many years ago. They are now back on my reports. My question is.. does the CRA have to notify me within 5 business days or is this considered an update?

   I would say if this was deleted due to your dispute, then it would be a reinsertion and they must notify you within 5 days, or violation time.
