First of all, Happy Mother's Day! I've decided to keep working on my cr's on my own. In the first round, I am going to dispute a cca that already released my account, I have the paperwork, and a secured cc that is reporting late payments, some 30's and 60's. Here's the question, has anyone had success in contacting the bank that issued the cc and just asked them to report your account as "never late". The bank is reporting that I haven't been late in almost two years. Any comments? Thanks Iv
