Since you don't have a lot of credit, I wouldn't dispute with the CRA - darn'd if they wouldn't probably delete the whole tradeline. I would try a goodwill letter to the company reporting the late payments.
Here is a spin on that. If the poster disputed the "lates" on the account, and the credit reporting agency deleted the account, instead, the poster could have a great cause of action against the reporting agency. (cite avail)
