Is there anyone on this board who is currently suing or has previous experiences with suing a CA or CRA? I have several issues with 2 CA's that refuse to validate and continue to report on my CR (even after I sent estoppel letter). I have 11 documented violations against them. All debts are beyond SOL and negotiation or harrassment has failed to sway these scumbags. I would love to get some info on how the courts have handled your cases and what info you have will benefit me greatly. This site has taught me alot and has really helped my credit, but I played around with these A$$holes long enough and its time to declare war. Thanks, Susitna
