I filed a lawsuit against a CRA today. First lawsuit probably won't be the last. I gave them all the chances to correct the problems, they ignore, I file.
Well, they have done some pretty bad things to my CR's. Some reinsertions and a couple other things which include actual damages. I have pretty solid case against them. I will let everyone in on which CRA and the results when I get them.
