Other than the person who posts and says that he is a debt collector, Dumb Bob hasn't really wondered about that.
But you wouldn't recommend it, you would recommend finding out what the state exceptions actually are, you agree that it would be easier if a person's income is largely except but otherwise it would be not so easy, right?
