This is what I got via CRR from Experian today, regarding the lawsuit I filed on them. I don't know WTF this means or what to do now. LKH, Ender, Lizardking someone..anyone?? Defendant (Experian) denies each and every, all and singular, the allegations of plaintiff's complaint and demands strict proof. Wherefore premises considered, Defendant prays that Plaintiff's Complaint be dismissed and that it be allowed costs and other relief at law and in equity to which defendant is justly entitled.
Sounds like they are asking you to stop suing them? And probably trying to confuse you at the same time.
That is their answer to your complaint. They have to answer or they lose by default. They are saying you have to have proof to allege violations. Why don't you call the lawyer listed on the docs. and ask if they are willing to settle for deletion of negs since you do have proof of violations.
Christi, I know you need the help and support of the many very knowledgable people who participate regularly on this board;however, I am concerned that the "enemies" can easily identify you! You have revealed a lot of details about your situation. I don't want anything to backfire because the unwanted monitors know who you are and read your next moves. I am cheering for you and a little concerned. (I hope I am not getting out of my place..good luck!)
This is a similar response to the one Christine at www.bayhouse.com got. It is a standard answer to any allegation. In the first paragraph the simply are denying any wrongdoing and demanding evidence. (I find this interesting as you would have had to file your proof with the lawsuit, but anyway...) The second paragraph is asking for your suit to be dismissed and that upon dismissal, you be responsible for their attorney's fees and other court costs. I would call the attorney up and attempt to broker a settlement prior to the court date.
Christi, When it's all over or when its safe to do so, please tell us the whole story! I know you can win!
Hmmn, I must respectfully disagree...In my state for a small claims suit (which I believe Christi did, judging from her earlier posts), one must provide all documentation relevant to the dispute at the time of filing. But this is all besides the point-Christi did you already provide in your filing proof?
Lizardking, I have sent you 3 emails, respond to me please You don't show anything when you file proof or otherwise. But...I am smart enough NOT to file a lawsuit if I didn't have the proof. I won't discuss anymore because I don't know who is reading this. However, I now know that is their standard answer to all lawsuits. I have seen 2 others today and they are verbatim to mine. I am waiting for some email information from someone to know what to do next. I gotta watch my mouth or I'll tell too much here When it's all said and done I WILL tell you everything. TU is next on the board. Filing Tuesday AM on them
Christi, I sent you an email. Don't worry about this. I am confident that between myself, Lizardking and some of the others here, we will get you through this with a big win.
CHristi - Good luck on your lawsuit. I hope you win big! I may be filing some of my own soon, so please let us know what happens when all is said and done.
