   Im about to sue a CA and Im gathering the facts. However, while pulling my report I noticed they have the same account listed in duplicate with different acct #'s. Is this any kind of credible violation that I can add to the Lawsuit?

   yep. It's a duplication of the account. even if it's valid, you can't report it twice.
