I've been battling Experian over some student loans recently and I just pulled up an investigation status via their website. The 2 accounts in question show a status of PENDING with the RESULTS DUE stating 6/29/2002.

Well, I called them and talked to a supervisor and she told me that I started another investigation on June 17th regarding the same 2 accounts. I don't recall doing so. Anyway, she said she wasn't sure of what I was looking at and wouldn't give me a fax number to fax it to her so she could see.

If I print this out along with a copy of my CR shwoing the items still on my report after June 29th, should that be enough to prove willful noncompliance?

    Thanks

Either you did or you did not. If you did not, should be resolved by 29th. Don't play with them. If they violate send intent to sue or remove entry.
