I recently filed a Small Claim lawsuit because of multiple violations of the FCRA, but before I filed the suit, I tried to dispute the account many times and I also sent an "Notice of Intent to File Lawsuit" letter. In all of my correspondence, I've always sent everything Certified Mail Return Receipt.

A representative from the company has contacted me about the lawsuit and is requesting copies of the CMRR green cards that was signed for by an employee of their company.

My question is, should I provide them with copies of the signed green cards or not. Also, in the claim that I filed, I list the tracking numbers of each green card that I sent to them.

Tell them they can see them when you give them to the Judge.

Anything you send them will help them AGAINST you.

If they can not find your letters with the green stickers on the envelopes that is there problem not yours.

Looks like they have no option but to correct your reports, or go to court.
